The Studebaker vehicle company produced a version of the GMC 353 designated US6 and these vehicle were almost exclusively for the lend-lease program with nearly 200,000 being produced.
This version is the long wheel-base steel cab version.
Our vehicle, is largely a one piece casting with metal front wheels, cab roof, screen and driver (either a side cap or steel helmet version), it also comes with two rows of seated troops with side rails moulded in place.
The vehicle requires minimal assembly usually 5 minutes and comes unpainted.
